In today’s meeting the boys set up a Wireflow mock up of the UI and database for our sign in portal.

The user is prompted to make an account or log in with an existing one.  In order to prevent just about anyone from making an account, volunteer accounts require administrative permission in order to be created, in the form of a unique pin that only the admin has.  Guest accounts enter 0000 in the pin field (as prompted by the website).  Both accounts then log in with their SBU ID’s and a password.  In addition, volunteer accounts can punch in and out of a shift in their account.

The server will store all this information, and in addition we are considering making a third “admin” account that will have to be set up externally, with permissions to edit and change values in the time-sheets.
