The problem is that there are long lines at the computer for signing in. They only have 1 computer so it tends to build up traffic. This affects both guests and volunteers as they only have one computer to work with and need to sign in there. Therefore, it slows down guests getting their stuff and volunteers clocking their hours, etc. We are trying to build a website that is user friendly and help reduce traffic time for each person on the computer. Everything should be simple and easy to use(like 1 button to clock in/clock out, making an account for returning users to easily sign in/remember their information. This will also help keep data of who comes in(how many people come in this month and helping the admin keep track of her volunteers and their schedules).
