Prosopagnosia, also known as Face Blindness, is a cognitive disorder in which an individual is unable to identify faces.

If you were to look at yourself in a mirror, you would not recognise the face that you see. You know that you are looking at yourself but your face is a mystery. Those who have prosopagnosia have to use other features such as hair and voice to identify others.
