Since 2003 I have been employed at a busy local AAA automotive repair and towing facility. I began my career here as a driver on nights and weekends. As I and the company grew my job responsibilities and title changed as well. I am currently the overall towing supervisor and weekend dispatcher and supervisor.

I have learned valuable skills while employed at my current job. Many of the issues I have tackled here have given me experience that can be transferred to other professions, such as:

  • Conflict Resolution
  • Scheduling
  • Customer Service
  • Budgeting
  • Accountability Management
  • Debt Management
  • Time Management
  • Phone Skills
