Final Project: Catch & Release (2023)
Catch & Release (2023) is a digital photography series inspired by the healthy benefits of keeping your body in motion. When you feel trapped and caught up in life, you sometimes need a release. A physical release causes the brain to relax and helps lessen stress. For most people, being at the beach offers a place of contentment. Stretching, dancing, and being in the sun are all ways for someone to release and discover the good in life. This series urges you to try and stop focusing on the chaos and let yourself fly.
This series incorporates 10 different images. It showcases shots of extreme angles while also capturing the essence of motion. All photographs are done digitally, shot by a tripod, and edited in Photoshop.
