Today I shadowed Jim Yee; we discussed presentation with Tara and my Google Sites final presentation since I will present at the end of the week. He told me to add more details to the background and to add more pictures in order to make it more attractive, but besides that he said the information was pretty good. Jim also helped me with my e-portfolio because I saw his e-portfolio from last year and it was excellent.
For my two hours of shadowing at Help Desk, Diane allowed me to sit at the front desk. I was in charge on manning the desk, telling the regular consultant to do her rounds and if an email, phone or chat were to pop up, I had to answer it, however it was a very quiet two hours. I ended up fixing my e-portfolio and taking reservations for the CoLA area.
For my shadowing hours with Ruhi, I ended up manning the front desk of main and taking attendance.
