The Division of Information Technology provides value to the University community. We administer systems, software, networking, hardware, and training and development programs that service nearly 50,000 students, faculty and staff across multiple campuses and satellite locations in Long Island and Manhattan. Melissa Woo
Dr. Melissa Z. Y. Woo works with senior academic and administrative leaders across the institution and oversees the Stony Brook Division of Information Technology (DoIT) and the provision of IT services to faculty, staff and students.
Nicholas Ciuffo
Nicholas works with the IT Communications & Web Strategy team helping to deliver engaging web experiences and innovative designs. Nicholas would like to one day flip houses on the weekends and have his own HGTV show.
Kerrin Perniciaro
Kerrin and her team in IT Communications and Web Strategy makes sure the campus community stays informed about new IT services, changes to existing services, new projects and initiatives, and noteworthy items coming out of the Division of Information Technology.
