  1. I tested this out this morning from the Adobe Connect Diagnostic Test here:

    After the test, it provides you with an install plugin button. My first time downloading the plug in, I got a strange message that I didn’t have enough harddisk space:

    I restarted and then everything worked out fine.

    Since I run a lot of webinars, I am going to ask all my participants to please check their connection and update the plugin from this URL:

    Note: Anyone who is not an administrator on their machine may need to contact support to install the program.
