- Studied the hemodynamic changes in the rats’ brain using optical fluorescence imaging (OFI), laser speckle contrast imaging (LSCI), and optical coherence tomography (OCT)
- Developed programs to reconstruct high resolution vascular images and detect low frequency oscillations in the brain
