WRT 304-Writing for the Professions: This class really expanded my writing skillset to include genre analysis and creation of this very blogfolio. The concept of being an Intellectual Entrepreneur was a very important and powerful idea. Also, this class has improved my spoken word.
ADV 202- Academic Sucess Seminar: I felt that this class adequately prepared me for, not only success in Academia, but also prepared me to succeed in the workplace. Tools for task organization, identification of weaknesses in study habits and journals about how to improve overall productivity all contributed to my changing views as a student/professional.

Principles of Finance- Ponder this: How would you like to get in the mind of an accountant, fund manager, or a savvy investor. This class does just that and goes over the tools needed to get better ROI, ROA and ROE. Truly, a fascinating study. I found this class to be quite entertaining/competitive. We were asked to perform a financial simulation of a car sales company. It took a lot of tinkering to get the appropriate numbers, but as I watched videos on performance of the class, I really listened to the professors suggestions and made a big turn-around going from year-1 to year-2.
