    • Completed Construction of pGAPZα-VHH3-02 Vector in E. coli project, verified sequencing, and learned experiment design and molecular experiment skills such as PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, plasmid purification, etc.;
    • Participated in Protein Purification (PTH, HMGB1-H6, ATPA) project, concluded that the final concentration of PTH, HMGB1-H6 are 1.7 g/L, 3.6g/L respectively, and learned operating ion-exchange column chromatography, affinity chromatography by AKTA purifier, BCA protein concentration determination, SDS-PAGE, etc.;
    • Learned skills in optimizing the concentration of sodium chloride in lysate, heat treatment temperature, ion exchange elution conditions, and so on while optimizing the ATPA Fermentation and Purification Conditions project.
