Colorblindness and Glasses

For this project,  I have two photos that I used my glasses to show the world without them and why I need them. As well, the next two photos showcase life being colorblind. Due to that I am colorblind this is a bit challenging because me trying to use photoshop to show how I see color will be skewed.

Refraction: I held my glasses into the camera and allowed the top part to look at a close background

Blur: I set my glasses up to look from a distance from my bed, you can see how the image shrinks as the light bends through my glasses.

Shades of What?: I have this bookshelf with books of all different colors, but sometimes it’s hard to see and figure out what shade the book is. I don’t know if Treasure Island or The Picture of Dorian Gray is brown or red. They are both similar to me.

Bullseye: When playing darts there are 4 colors: black, white, red and green. Being red/green colorblind, certain shades can be hard to tell apart, I can distinguish these easily but I still don’t know if I am seeing the true vibrant color, so I pulled some of the color out while keeping it distinguishable.
