Back Story: Holly Smith is an office worker who as a result of the pandemic has been working remotely from home for the past 6 months or so. She lives along with her two other dogs, Jeffrey, and Benny.

Motivations: Their concerns that they have is that at times it’s difficult to navigate Etsy websites that she comes across on Instagram or Instagram account that’s do not have their own website component to purchase goods and show off their work. They found out about the website through scrolling through the explore section of Instagram.

Frustrations: They stopping exploring and or shopping for things through Instagram/Etsy because it’s difficult to see what types of products they sell, what kind of brand they are, and what the brand is all about.

Their Idea Experience: To have a website that is both simple to navigate in terms of purchasing and having the brand information displayed in a neat manner.
