Mohammad Delasay is an Associate Professor of Operations Management at the Stony Brook University College of Business. Before joining Stony Brook University, he was a Visiting Assistant Professor of Operations Management at the Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business. He received a Ph.D. in Operations Management from the University of Alberta School of Business in 2014.

His research focuses on analyzing and improving the congestion and performance of service and healthcare systems using queueing and stochastic models. He has published papers on these topics in Operations Research, Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research, Health Care Management Science, and various other journals.

He teaches the Operations Management and Supply Chain Analytics courses.
