This game is meant for anyone looking to get into going to the gym, typically ages between 15 and 30.
Go on a muscle building and experiential adventure to the gym. You get gains by doing the right thing at the right experience level. As you advance in experience you’re able to do more things at the gym and have much better strength. Test your limits and learn about what are the right moves to make at the gym to really get the best from your routine. Always make sure to keep a routine in your schedule and Muscle Club helps you find out what you really want to do when you go to the gym, as well as show you what the gym can be like.
You play the game by selecting different options through the game screens and each option will potentially have a different outcome based off of your experience level. You gain experience by doing the right workout at the right time. Get to the expert level to end the game, or potentially something else can end the game for you if you make a mistake!
