One thing that I noticed mainly was, after we silent the video, the meaning and connection between each imagines and scenes seem became weaker. The sound effect, especially the repetition of the stiff but rapid tone, correspond the visual aspect of the video. Without the sound of explanation, a lot of the scenes become random. Is not just image echo each others in the perspective of shapes (ex: the earth and the bald man’s head), but also the context of the sound respond to the image (ex: big bang and marvels). in addition, the artist made variations of the same scenes and put the scene in different timeline of the video. The repetition in different layers strengthen the impression of different contexts and might show the repetition of the history and livings in the universe.
