She will be talking to us about the importance of extracurricular activities and how being a part of an organization or team is beneficial to our future. This will be a great opportunity for people to ask her questions about how to become involved on campus and how to stand out as an applicant when applying to medical school or higher level education. Hello everyone! This week were having Caroline Freden, a full time lab coordinator at Dr. Matthew Lerner’s lab in the Psychology Department. Dr. Lerner’s lab uses methods drawn from basic development, social neuroscience, developmental psychopathy, and controlled trials research to explore how basic, often novel processes impact social development. She will be talking about Dr. Lerner’s lab and what roles and responsibilities are entailed. Hope to see you guys this Wednesday 7-8 pm in Life Sciences 038!

This will be a great opportunity to learn about the medical career path and how to make the most of your undergraduate years to make the transition into medicine.
