Executive Board Elections for 2018-2019
The Neuroscience Axis is holding elections for an Executive Board for the 2018-2019 academic year! If you’re interested in Neuroscience Axis and looking for a leadership position, this is for you!
The overview and responsibilities of the positions that are open are highlighted in the document below. The positions open are President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Director of Public Relations and Outreach, and Public Relations Officer.
Those who are interested are to complete the application form below by Wednesday, March 14th at 11:59pm. Applicants are also asked to send a resume to the current Neuroscience Axis President, Jessica Prashad (jessica.prashad@stonybrook.edu) before the deadline. Once the deadline has closed, applicants will be sent a doodle poll to sign up for an interview time slot. The duration of the interview is dependent on the number of applications received. Interviews will take place on Wednesday, March 21st in Life Sciences 038.
All accepted executive board officials will be confirmed via email. Those who are elected will play an integral role in the planning of the events for the remainder of the semester.
