TURN

Project Description

Turn is an improvised experiential journey that places you amongst the many personalities encountered in your daily travels. As you journey to different destinations you will meet “types” of people you may have encountered in life. What form does your reaction take when in the presence of these personalities?

Artist Statement

My eyes are the windows my spirit looks through in order to observe the world. Each time I look out into the world something new is exposed, something new is learned. I enjoy observing people and capturing moments. An expression on a child’s face, the walking style of an elderly person. Sometimes just by facial expressions you can get a glimpse of their thoughts. I find so much material to pull from watching the world around me. I take these experiences and breathe life into my craft which takes on a life of its own. Life without art can’t imagine.
