I come from a lengthy career of helping and encouraging individuals to understand technology for day to day use.

There is a psychology to teaching technology. Technology is intimidating and moves fast. Learners can feel like they missed the boat. Often times, they can’t communicate their needs because they don’t have the language that the techies understand.

Baby steps. Have patience with yourself. Seek information (Google it). Stretch your boundaries just a bit.  But ask me for help when you get stuck.  Tell me what you’d like to do and I can find a solution.  Don’t let the technology get in the way of your productivity!
