Welcome to my page! My name is Nikki Passannante. I am a 22-year-old idealist, living on Long Island with one goal: to document all things that make me feel something.

Since middle school, i’ve always been the girl with the camera. I started off with a Fujifilm, that i took everywhere from high school house parties, to the last days of school. I now mostly use a Nikon D5300, and am currently in the process of saving up for a full-frame camera, particularly the Nikon D850.

I’ve always been thirsty for life, almost greedy for it. The days before I could drive were my darkest ones. Spending so much time at home, while life was happening outside my door, was always very unsettling for me. I’ve never been a fan of the stand-still of life, and i’ve always felt the need to fill my free time with memories and experiences. When i got my drivers license, i got behind the wheel and never stopped driving, in a sense. I have a passion for adventure, exploration, and spending time in the natural world. I’ve spent most of my life driving around long island to see what beauty I can find, and the beauty never stops showing itself to me .

I don’t get much sleep, or watch tv, or spend much time relaxing, but I never miss a sunset. I live this life so that when death knocks on my door, i can look back and smile, knowing that i didn’t waste a single minute of it.
