I really enjoyed looking and viewing at your Project 3 photos. I love that your images have a cohesive idea behind them, like how you have a similar color palette between the four photos, as well as a similar theme of fall like objects. Since this project is based on color, I feel like you were able to fully grasp the colors of the pumpkins, the kernels and the flower. The color palette you used here is very lovely and a great way as a representation of fall.
Project 3 does a great job of capturing the season of autumn. The orange, brown, maroon, and yellow colors within these photos reminded me of the colors the leaves would change into during this time. Using pumpkins and corn as your subjects pushed this theme even further too. It is also worth noting how clear each photograph is. I can perfectly make out all the fine textures and details within the images and it makes it seem as though I was looking through a window.
Out of the projects you completed for the midterm, this one has to be my favorite. Not only are the images sharp, but the range of warm colors and the range of tones work perfect for the fall season. I particularly am a fan of your last photograph with the multicolored corn. The image itself doesn’t necessarily have the need to be overly bright and saturated like many images nowadays that include food do. This allows for the viewer to look at the image with the entire thing being a lot easier on the eye due to the warm and mellow colors. I specifically enjoy the yellow and purple corn photographed here as you can see tones of yellow, orange, purple, and pink, which overall creates these beautiful gradients that work together splendidly. Great work!
