Imogen Cunningham was an American Pictorialist Photographer who is best known for her very detailed and sharply focused photographs of plants and portraits. She had joined the art movements of Pictorialism and Surrealism. She was also a founding member of the f.64 Group. Her interest in photography started when she studied at the University of Washington in Seattle.
