This is a picture I did not take…

of a man sitting outside of a laundromat on my way home from work. I had spent the entire day inside ringing up customers. I was still able to enjoy some of the sun just as it was about to set.  I was sitting next to a window and it was a nice day out. I had forgotten my AirPods at home so my bus ride was very silent, but I liked sitting there and looking out the window as the warm, orange tint of the sun coated the trees and roads. As I am approaching my stop, I see a man sitting on the ground with his back pressed up against a red painted, brick wall with his backpack plopped next to him. I could see the inside of the laundromat next to him through the giant window next to him and all that warm light was shining through those big windows. It was a brief moment, but I wish I had captured it.
