HOW TO APPLY TO PSI CHI HONOR SOCIETY
To submit your application:
1. Go to http://memberapp.psichi.org/cfamember/applicationform.aspx
2. Select “Stony Brook University, SUNY” in the Local Chapter dropdown.
3. Fill out the rest of the application.
4. At the bottom of the page, check the box authorizing Psi Chi to review your college records to determine eligibility
5. Add your Name/Signature and select SUBMIT
6. Finally, deliver the following in an envelope to Psi Chi (PSY B 267):
• Your check, made out to “FSA Account #756”
• Transcripts (unofficial transcripts are fine) with your name, phone number, email address and SOLAR ID.

Once you submit your online application and drop off your transcripts, cash/check, we will review it and determine your eligibility. If you qualify, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the decision. If you are not eligible at this time, we will return your cash and transcripts and you may apply again at a later date.

2. $80.00 Membership Fee
A one time fee of $80 must be included with your application. ( This covers National membership fee plus local chapter costs)
3. A copy of all transcripts (all of which can be unofficial.)
You can obtain a copy of your Stony Brook unofficial transcript via SOLAR. Be sure to include transcripts from any other schools you have attended in which you received college credit.
