Psychology Mentoring Initiative

The Psychology Mentoring Initiative (PMI) is an endeavor through which undergraduate psychology majors can connect with and seeks support from the graduate students of the Psychology Department at Stony Brook University. Essentially, it provides a platform for students where questions about academia, research, etc can be answered in an informal setting.

Because it was initiated in collaboration with PSA, many events and general body meetings are focused toward connecting the PMI with the PSA membership; however, the PMI is an open forum, and is not an exclusive to the PSA membership.

There is no application process or mentor-mentee pairing!
