Nanosecond-scale TDC

As part of the R&D for the EIC, the streaming readout data acquisition (DAQ) design has become mainstream in the collider community. Any detector built for the EIC will have a streaming readout DAQ. To demonstrate the ease of use and versatility of such streaming readout designs, the research group is interested in developing a nanosecond scale TDC using off-the-shelf FPGAs.

Pick-and-Place Machine

In collaboration with iCreate, the research group is designing a pick-and-place machine in our lab space. This machine can be used to design custom circuit boards for personal or professional projects.
