Matt presented his proposal for the Discovery Prize today in the Wang Center. Although he was not selected for the prize, he’s proud of his work and had a wonderful day with friends, colleagues, and family. Congratulations to Professor Tom Allison!

CEAS Dean Fotis Sotiropoulos was live-tweeting the event. Matt also got to meet Mr. Alan Alda, who emphasized the importance of communicating science with the public.
