“My work , titled: “Reaching “, is a ceramic form that coils and wraps – a large , oversized hand that reaches outwards into the sky, coated in a glaze fired substance more nefarious than the darkest thoughts of my mind. Am I reaching for euphoria, or simply something to numb my melancholy?”
