Project2: Color Project

Project Description: Can color gels color the bubble? From this question, I started this project. As we know, bubbles don’t have a specific color but is transparent and only reflects things around it. I wondered what color the light with the color gels would bring to the bubble, and the idea became the main theme of this project.

When taking the bubble itself, the difference between the white background and the black background was quite large.  Because the color of the light on the white background was mainly reflected in a circle on the inside of the bubble, while the color of the light on the black background was mainly reflected on the left and right outskirts with several dots.

Photographs were taken with a microlens with the bubble in a clear glass bottle. The colors that were reflected on the surfaces of the bubbles connected to each other were beautiful.

This is an intentionally out-of-focus picture of the bubble above. It seemed like a bunch of lights, and it felt dynamic as if it were moving.
