The warm weather has finally caught up to us, have you all enjoyed the weather lately?
This week, Groups 1 & 2 did their final presentations. Jasmine and Jennifer Yi present on the TLT Media Lab, and they had a really good presentation! I liked how they were confident on their information and just lively when speaking to keep the audience engaged! It made me even more nervous about presenting because I have stage fright and I felt intimidated on presenting after they had a really good one. Although our presentation was kind of rocky, I felt that we managed to get our information across, and I hoped that I wasn’t too awkward while presenting. My hands were shaking the whole time, but the smiles from the room reassured me that I must have been doing something right! :)) We ended class with a lot of pictures, and of course, selfies! I look forward to working with everyone again as a senior con next semester!
This week during shadowing we didn’t much. Everyone put me in charge again and I acted as the Senior Con for the times I shadowed. The days got more hectic because of midterms and finals, but the questions were mostly about finals week hours, and everything went smoothly. I know we are supposed to decide soon what to rank ourselves when we choose what type of senior con we want to be, but I’m having a hard deciding what I would want to do!!! I feel that both help desk and site managers have their pros and cons, and I would be okay with working with either one. Hopefully, the week will give me some time to figure out what I would like to do!!
