To construct my image, I used the following photo of Tubman Hall that I took for the Camera Task. I made some minor adjustments in camera raw, mainly increasing the contrast.

 

For a warped background sky, I took the following freeze frame water photo that I took for the Camera Task and rotated 180 degrees.

 

I selected only the building from the Tubman Hall picture and made 3 identical layers from the selection. I free transformed these layers to make Tubman Hall look like a larger more complicated building. The following photo is the resulting montage:
