Sohee Photography

I chose Catherine Opie for my Pechakucha presentation topic. She is a photographer who focuses on the relationship between mainstream and infrequent society. As you can see in her photographs, she puts the emphasis on the sexual identity. Also, she shows many information in her work, so her photographs also have story telling. In this presentation, I will introduce self-portraiture, ‘Find A Way’ series, ‘Shopkeepers’ series and Mini-mall’ series.
