Murphy’s Law says if you move an event due to rain it will be a beautiful day, and if we had kept it as scheduled the rain would have come with a vengeance. Luckily both days were nice and the event was a
success.
Thank you to everyone who participated on Sunday and especially to all the volunteers who helped with timing, setting up, cooking and cleaning.
Event winners were as follows:
Laura Cottrell won both overall individual and top student female with 31:05
John Maniscalco for fastest student male 41:14
Dianne Greenfield for female faculty 47:30
Pete Strutton for male faculty 32:46
Brian Batten for fastest biker
In the faculty vs. student competition the faculty were victorious by 1 minute and 26 seconds.
