The next Topics in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences (TAOS) seminar will take place onWednesday, September 11, at 12:00 noon in Endeavour Hall 120. Professor Michelle L’Heureux from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Climate Prediction Center will present a seminar entitled, “Multi-decadal Strengthening of the Walker Circulation.” Light refreshments will be served. This week’s Oceans and Atmosphere Colloquium will take place on Friday, September 13, at 12:00 noon in Endeavour Hall 120. Professor Elizabeth Kujawinski from Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) will present a seminar entitled, “Dispersants and Weathered Petroleum Products in Water and Sediment from Before and After the 2010 Gulf Oil Spill”.
