The next Topics in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences (TAOS) seminar will take place onWednesday, October 9, at 12:00 noon in Endeavour Hall 120. Professor Elie Bou-Zeid from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Princeton University will present a seminar entitled, “Turbulence and Vertical Fluxes in the Stable Atmospheric Boundary Layer: Large Eddy Simulation and Parameterization in Weather and Climate Models.” Light refreshments will be served. This week’s Oceans and Atmosphere Colloquium will take place on Friday, October 11, at 12:00 noon in Endeavour Hall 120.
