Information, Talks, and Publications about Atmospheres

Welcome back!  The Spring 2014 semester officially begins on Monday, January 27.

This week’s Topics in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences (TAOS) seminar will take place onWednesday, January 29, at 12:00 noon in Endeavour Hall 120. Dr.  Ian Grooms from the Center for Atmosphere Ocean Science at New York University will present a seminar entitled, “Mesoscale Eddy Energy Locality in an Idealized Ocean Model.”  Light refreshments will be served. Friday Weather Discussions begin on January 31 in the newly upgraded meteorology laboratory, Endeavour 139.  This semester’s discussions will take place at 4:30 p.m.
