Dean Paul Shepson is pleased to announce the winners of the 2020 Evan R. Liblit Memorial Scholarships:
Lisa Crawford and Stephen Tomasetti have won the Liblit Graduate Scholarships ($4,000 each).
Sabrina Holsborg, Noor Hamden, and Kenny Rothwell have won the Liblit Undergraduate Scholarships ($1,500 each).
The winners were selected on the basis of their academic and societal accomplishments, and interviews with members of the Liblit Memorial Scholarship Steering Committee.
Among the committee members interviewing our candidates was Dr. Larry Swanson, who recommended the award of one additional graduate and one additional undergraduate scholarship for 2020, based on the resources of the fund and the merits of our applicants for this year. That recommendation was unanimously approved by the Steering Committee.
The students will be guests at an online Liblit Memorial Scholarship Awards Breakfast on December 2, 11:00 – noon.
