When observing society, there tends to be a lot of arguments on the topic of LGBTQIA+ rights. One question that is brought up is whether it’s something you’re born as or a learned societal lifestyle. What I want to showcase with Naturally Born Into Queer is the narrative of being born as Queer. I want society to see that Queer people are just as much a part of nature as straight people. What you’ll see throughout my work is different interpretations of the community alongside nature in a certain way to strengthen that fact.
