Direction in ways we could help groups

• Planning on meeting with them them first 
• If we created a website maybe expand out larger than these 2 groups
• Drafting email to the Men of Color and Women of color group 
• Sent email to both organizations and sent.
• Set up possible times that 1 or all of us can be there

Plans before next meeting

• Set meeting with people of both organizations separately. 
• Talk to them about what ways we can assist 
• What do they feel like they are achieving? 
• Where they feel like they can grow
• How can we help them reach their goals/ expand?

My name is Emmanuel Pointdujour and I am a student here at Stony Brook. I am currently enrolled in a class called Est 339 Benevolent Computing. In this class we are tasked to develop a product that aids an organization in its efforts to provide services to marginalized groups on campus. My group and I would like to set up a meeting with you at your earliest convenience where we can discuss how we can help your initiative grow. Would we be able to meet before the Men of Color group meeting on Tuesday?
