Vision Statement

Vision:
Our mission is to create a system where students are able to reach out to other students and solve specific problems. This will be a barter system so students will not have to rely on money in order to receive a service. The Stony Brook community is filled with creative individuals that are more than willing to help out their fellow seawolves. This system will help students find a solution to any of their problems. 

Problem Statement:

Product Position Statement:

Who… Need their hair done, extra meal points, homework help

That… Students can go on to offer or look for a specific service

Our Product… Will not involve money and will be tailored for Stony Brook student

Use Case:

Primary Actor: Sophomore chemistry student (Jennifer)

Interests:  The end of the semester is coming around and they did not finish their Aleks

Steps to Solution:

  1. Jennifer opens up the Stop N Swap app
  2. Make request for Aleks help and offer meal points in return 
  3. Another student sees that request and may ask for more details about it
  4. After further communication both students agree on the terms and swap their services
