Mirro-Touch Synaesthesia is a condition which causes individuals to experience the same sensation (such as touch) that another person feels. In this example, two people collide on their way out of the building, as if they were pre-destined to physically meet. Upon the collision, it turns out to be a fabrication of the imagination, or a dream, and the dreamer feels the sensation on his shoulder. It seems to be a tell-tale sign that the condition could be developing within him neurologically.
