While growing up, sports were a large part of my life. I began playing baseball and basketball in leagues at a young age and never turned down the opportunity to play sports with friends.  Sports are still a passion of mine, but nowadays I tend to watch them more often than I play them. I have been a life-long fan of the Yankees, Giants, Islanders and Knicks. One of my favorite things to do is going to sports games with my friends.

In addition to sports, music has been important in my life. I played the trumpet, beginning in fourth grade, throughout grade school. Playing in the jazz band was the most enjoyable because it was a creative outlet for me. This inspired me to pursue a career that would also serve as a creative outlet.

This summer I was able to travel with three of my college friends to Europe. The month that we spent there was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. It was my first time leaving the country, but it has inspired me to want to travel more and see the sites this world has to offer.
