Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN     December 2016 – May 2018

• Determined time–course of parvalbumin (PV) and tdTomato protein expression in PV interneurons
• Responsible for handling and care of large mouse colony
• Transcardial perfusion of mice and sectioning of brains using a Vibratome
• Staining and confocal imaging of neuronal cell cultures and tissue
