A strong low pressure system located northwest of our area over the Great Lakes will bring rain and wind tonight into Thursday morning. Earlier this evening, a warm front moved through the area, which may allow some thunderstorms to develop overnight. With any of these storms, heavy rain and very strong winds are possible. This low pressure system will depart the region Thursday morning, when a cold front will move through the area. Behind the front, expect much more pleasant conditions for the rest of the week with seasonably cool temperatures.
