Synopsis:

Being under the influence of an upper level shortwave trough, the region will be seeing below normal temperatures over the next several days.  A surface high pressure over the Midwestern United States will migrate its way eastward, brining subsidence and otherwise clear weather.  High temperatures will range from the upper 40s to low 60s with corresponding lows in the upper 30s and 40s.  Freezing conditions are more likely to occur in the Long Island Pine Barrens region towards the middle of this week.
