A deep trough over the Heartland region of the US will bring some milder conditions for our Wednesday. The surface low will move from the Midwest into Canada from Wednesday into Thursday that will give us strong southerly winds and tap into moisture from the Atlantic, bringing rainy and windy conditions to the entire East Coast.
