Hi! I am a biomedical engineering graduate student seeking to combine knowledge in biomedical engineering, genomics/bioinformatics, molecular genetics, immunology & microbiology, and molecular/nanomedicine to propel the development of vaccines and immunotherapies for existing and emerging infectious diseases. While this may not seem like typical biomedical engineering, the underlying principle – controlling the immune response – gets at the “heart” of biomedical engineering.
Outside of studying and the lab, I like to binge-watch canceled TV series online and listen to music.
