Deterministic Product Table

This page plots deterministic wind gust forecasts using the Air Force Weather Agency’s (AFWA) static stability method and the Wind Gust Estimate (WGE) method, with data from the 0.25° GFS, 12km NAM and 0.5° GEFS. The native GFS and NAM gusts are also offered side-by-side for comparison. The WGE gust forecast is only available for the NAM but the AFWA gust forecast is available for all three NWP models. 

To generate a gust product, please click “choose forecast run” and select a desired product from the most recent eight model cycles.
