Gabby was one of the the founding members of the worm lab! Since graduating, she earned her masters in marine conservation and policy from Stony Brook University. For her masters research, Gabby studied humpback whale song and used song to assess population structure and connectivity between east and west African breeding stocks of humpback whales. She then went on to work for U.S. Fish & Wildlife as a biological technician at Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge, working with leatherback sea turtles.
